Armstrong and Col. Edwin (Buzz) Aldrin, Jr. became the first humans to set foot on the moon while Lt. Michael Collins remained in the orbiting command module. This kit contains scale models of the astronauts dressed in their moon walking suits, photographic and scientific equipment, American flag which they planted, lunar module and a display base molded to simulate the moon's surface, complete with footprints. The model itself is 6 inches in height and contains 78 parts for assembly. Gold foil covering and authentic waterslide decals included. Molded in white and gray. Also includes illustrated assembly instructions. No batteries required. WARNING: Keep from small children. Contains small parts which may be swallowed. Recommended for ages 10 and up. Made in China.
