He's a 10-inch-tall, soft-stuffed Beanie who was born July 20, 1997. Beans in his bottom and limbs keep him from falling over when placed in an upright position and make him ideal for snuggling or a game of catch. Plush and pliable, his fingers, toes, and other features are embroidered–he even has an embroidered bellybutton! His merry blue eyes are so securely attached that the rest of him will probably wear out before they do. Chipper's red, blue, green, and yellow plaid shorts have a Velcro closure in the back so they can be easily restored when a big wave takes them out.
